PS Memory Card Data To Computer

Hi I'm new. I got a question, so if you can answer it for me ill appriciate it. =)

I have a lot of data on my PS memory cards, so I want to move them into my laptop... Are there ways to do this? Any USB interfaces or something to do this?

A long long time ago there was a device that came out called a Dex drive. I have no idea if they can be found anymore, or what interface they used.
