    Default WMV File Problem

When I open a folder which has a .wmv file, a window pops up and says that internet explorer has encountered a problem, then options send or don't send. When I click one of them, my entire bottom bar and icons on my desktop dissapear for a couple of seconds and come back. This never happened before, what do I do?

If that folder has a preview/thumbnail function turned on, try disabling it.. Also the send/don't send is a prompt to send an error report to Microsoft about the crash

Thx, it worked but now when I try to use windows update on the web, it pops up with a page stating [Error number: 0x80245003] and I can't update. What now?

You could try reinstalling Internet Explorer.. Sounds like something messed it up
