problem with gta san andreas

i installed san andreas for pc and some buldings have a lot of colors is there a patch to fix that?
also i installed the hotcoffe but with out it i still have the colors so the mod is not the problem

Maybe some damaged texture file. It'd be good if you post a screenshot.
