The Dreamcast and PC version has better graphics and sound than the Nintendo 64 and the PlayStation version.

But above all, the PlayStation 2 version (Rayman M) takes the prize.

Yes, with some minor differences. I've never played Rayman M for the PlayStation 2, but according to the screenshots it's the same game with some different features.
