Problem when playing pokemon pearl in no$gba

i can play i can save i can load the save
the only problem is that my computer restarts suddenly when i'm playing pokemon pearl
i ain't using anyther program or something like that
i'm playing normally and my computer just crash

what's the problem and if it already answered please tell me where

and if i put the firmware.bin in the no$gba file the screen stays all white
please help me with this too

you need a relatively powerful computer to emulator nintendo ds games. What are you pc specs?

i got a pentium 4 with 256 ram

your cpu is much too slow.. and you should upgrade your ram too.

a dual core processor is pretty much required to run some games at decent speeds.

Performance Tips
If you are having difficulty running the game at a decent speed try the following. Close all unnecessary processes (anyone who plays games should already do this by default). You can also try setting process priority to high in task manager, this may help if you are running several other cpu intensive background applications however it also may cause instability so use at your own risk. The options referred to below can be accessed through Emulation/Controls setup in the options tab of the emulator. Make sure to save any changes you make by clicking on Save Options when you are done. For a big speed boost set Emulation Speed to Unlimited MHz-Disaster, 100/50/10% (lower is faster). This is sort of like turbo mode it will increase speed a lot, but sound will also be sped up so it is a good idea to mute sound on your computer. It may also be more prone to crashing than Realtime speed. Set sound quality to low (digital mono and 10kHz) and set MultiBoot Normal/BurstDelays to Fast/Fast (best). You can also try setting game screen filter to none although this does nothing for me. If you are using NDS2xGL2.exe try raising frameskip, getting rid of filtering, raising task priority or using NO$GBA.EXE instead. If you try all of this and still find the game unplayable then you will have to wait for a better optimised version of No$gba. Either that or upgrade your cpu. There is no magix fix that will make the game playable if you don't have the hardware to run it.
