Hi all. I am wondering how i can alter either the full-screen or windowed resolution of mame.. im using MAME32 0.108. Thank you..

The help file should list the available command switches to do that.
You may want to look into using MAME32qa instead. It comes as a GUI package and makes setting lots of the options a whole lot easier.
