twitchy textures...

i use epsxe and when i used it with a 3dfx card with the 3dfx plugin the textures didn't do the twitchy thing they do on the PSX/PS2... but now with this computer which uses a GF4MX the textures are doing the twicthy thing... any way to fix this? i've tried a bunch of different settings but nothing is helping
