Epsxe Black Screen

When I try to open an .ISO (same with .EXE) game, Epsxe just goes to a black screen and
stays that way! I;ve got the right BIOS and Graphic plugins...
PLEASE HELP ME!

It indicates that your graphic cards doesn't have WGL support. Try the older GPU plugins like P.E.Op.S GPU plugin instead.
