Legend Of Dragoon Game Start Errors

Mmm, using ePSXe 1.6 I've tried playing Legend of Dragoon and have run into the error of the game not even starting. I've checked their FAQ and tried running the game using different plugins. The plugins which I have available are:

Video:
-Lewpy's 3dfx/Glide³ GPU 1.35
-P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.4 [currently using]
-Pete's D3D Driver 1.58
-Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.58
-[Next3D] 1.2
-[NextGL] 1.8
-[NextGL] MMX/SIMD 1.4

Sound:
-Pete's DSound Audio Driver 1.14
-ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2.
-Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41 [currently using]
-Eternal SPU Plugin Lite 1.41

CDROM:
-ePSXe CDR ASPI core 1.5.2.
-ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2.
-Mooby cd disk image driver 1.4
-Mooby2 cd disk image driver 2.8
-Pete's CDR ASPI/IOCTL Driver 1.9 [currently using]

Perhaps, I'm just configuring them wrong. Or altogether just screwed up. Maybe there's also special/recommended configurations for this game? Thanks a bunch n_n.
