Default Sega Screen in Japanese, need help deducing problem.

I am trying to run Soukyugurentai (Terra Driver is the english title) on Satourne Beta 3. However, each time i try to run it, i get this weird screen after the sega saturn screen shows, and then the 'Sega' screen shows (the first one is the Bios default logo, the next is part of the game, so i know it's at least running the game).

Then, it goes white for a mement, at this point games usually just run, but for some reason i get this screen:

It's in japanese, and i don't know who RAMO is (oh i see, it's RAM... something to do with ram, maybe?), but i was wondering if someone knows what it at least means is wrong with what i am doing.

I am using a japanese bios...

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Looks like you never let your emulator to enable backup RAM option (or should I say Memory Card for PS2 more or less).
