Wii: Wii Sports (the only game I've played so far -_-u).

XB: Conquer's Live and Reloaded.

And let's not forget the old school and not-so-old systems:

Atari: Pac-Man.
NES: Super Mario Bros.
SNES: Donkey Kong Country 2.
N64: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Dreamcast: Sonic Adventure 2 (same as Sonic Adventure 2 Battle for GC).

PD: Of course there are games for Linux, but very few of them exists. It's just that the gaming market focuses on Windows platforms.

Linux is mainly for programming. Ubuntu is very nice. It is just that we need software for it. I have Ubuntu on a Virtual Machine, very nice to learn their language. Not saying I am good at programming at this time but I am taking a look on ebooks
