My opinions:

Snes: super mario

N64: Ocarina of time

Gba: four swords

Ds: New super mario bros, (but cant wait till phontom hourglass comes out)

gamecube: wind waker or sunshine.

Super Nintendo:

• Donkey Kong Country.
• Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest.
• Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie's Kong Double Trouble.
• Super Mario All-Stars (Super Mario Bros. 1, 2, 3 and Lost Levels aka Japanese Super Mario Bros 2. There's another version that contains Super Mario World).
• Super Mario World.
• Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
• Sparkster.
• Super Castlevania IV.
• Castlevania: Dracula X/Vampire's Kiss.

Nintendo 64:

• Super Mario 64 (It's a must).
• The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time.
• The Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
• Banjo-Kazooie.
• Banjo-Tooie (may crash on emulators).
• Donkey Kong 64 (still some issues that make this game a bit unplayable).
• Conker's Bad Fur Day.
• Yoshi's Story (emulation issues: buggy graphics, fucked up aspect ratio).

Game Boy Advance:

• Super Mario Advance: Super Mario Bros. 2.
• Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World.
• Super Mario Advance 3: Yoshi's Island.
• Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3.
• Castlevania: Aria Of Sorrow.
• Castlevania: Circle Of The Moon.
• Castlevania: Harmony Of Dissonance.
• Warioland 4.

Nintendo DS:

I don't own a Nintendo DS, so I can't think of a good list for this.
