Kega Fusion plays with choppy lines across the screen. It seems to have played flawlessly once but I don't know how to make it work like that again
Any help?

the screen is sort of like this

- normal
= choppy

A screen grab would be good to see if its a known effect (like scanlines being enabled) or some kind of glitch.

To create a grab, when you are running a game hit the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Then open MS Paint and hit 'paste'. Save it and then stick the screen grab up here.

Of course you could just delete the file called Fusion.ini in your Fusion folder and it will reset it back to defaults next time it runs.

Also, if you have anti-aliasing on, turn it off before using Fusion. I had something similar happen because of AA.
