Questions...New....Need Help...Thanks

Just got a few questions. Sorta new, proud of myself for even getting as far as I have.

I have succesfully downloaded... - ePSXe160
-Also, like....a bunch of plug-ins

I started up the ISO I was playing, Resident Evil 3.

I have encounterd the folowing problems.

During videos white flashing lights apear on the top and bottom of the screan.
The video scenes using in-game graphics are laggy and flashy.
The game is slow sometimes and then normal again (on and off)
Also, the thing making me the most mad is when the characters begin to talk and all you can here is say...the first half of the first word there going to say, then the voice just stops.

What configuration on what specific plugins should I use? Im using a pretty old dell with no REAL graphics card...

For that, I can't help you much. (you are using a very old PC, plus without video card.) The only thing you may try it out are these plugins stated below.

GPU : P.E.Op.S GPU plugin
SPU : Eternal SPU plugin
