Does the site have a closed topic cemetary? Or do the closed topics just get deleted?

No, they are left behind with the old threads as the new ones are on the first pages.

Choice topics are removed from public view at moderators discretion however, this is usually spam related though.

I came upon a site which had a forum which was named closed topic cemetary and I was just wondering if you wanted to make a closed topic cemetary forum. (In a different name of course.)
