Computer game burning

I was just wondering if it is possible to make a computer game on a cd-r disk that has the computer games files burned on it to play on a computer?

I don't think he meant that. I think he meant if he can burn an already-installed PC game on a CD-ROM.

Well, to answer that, It depends of the game. if the game uses the Windows registry to operate, then, no, you can't, unless you don't reformat your PC.
