pokemon rare candy cheat

well, after i used the rare candy cheat, i have like 7 spaces with rare candies. 2 of them with infinite and 5 with rare candy x 0 in my pc. does anyone know how i can get rid of them?

okay.. i have another problem. everytime i use the wild pokemon modifier (changes whatever pokemon appears in the tall grass), after im done using it and remove it fromn the cheat list or disable the cheat, the wild pokemon modifer is still working.
