transfer emulators to the xbox

I have emulators on my xbox like kawa,snes,nintendo,xenises,mame,vabex,because a friend put them on there for me . its started up by useing mechassult and them takes me into evolution thing .but what i wanna know is after i have the roms how do i transfer the games from my computer to my xbox because they came out with updates like the dreamcast games and i want them on my xbox i have 1 ps2 game super street fighter 3 and neo geo stuff and it all works the only game that i wish was on the snes and xenises is mk3 but its not ther.

One way is to connect the cbox and the pc with their network cards. Then using the ftp server of Evolution X you can transfer the games.
