Is the gamecube nearing it end or is it going to go on for a few more years?

You forgot something. Sony is different from Nintendo. Sony have no planning to end it at anytime and they will continue it as long as they want it to depend on companies. The Nintendo usually end the console in 5-6 years for the next new system. Sony didnt because Sony is a pig and they do not care about people but the money, you know. I love some sony's games but I do not appreciate Sony's way.

Well, that's a shame. At least the Gamecube market has closed with golden brooch: Twilight Princess.

That's good because most game cube games are not very good. I only liked Mario, Zelda, and Megaman. :P
