Note: This version of Emu - Raptor was coded from the scratch.

Fixes:
* Fixed error with the windows "falling behind everything".
* Fixed bugs with displaying versions of Psemu pro plugins (wrong version shown or not shown at all).

Improvements:
* Various windows are redesigned for the better usability.
* Almost every part of new Emu - Raptor is now skinned.
* Switches are now displayed in the main window.
* 5 Switches per emulator is now available.
* Skins are now managed differently (which brings more options along with the smaller skin filesize).
* The system font can now be changed.
* Sections can be disabled.
* Misc section can be renamed (Which means you can use your own section that doesn't exist by default).
* Windows opacity can now be moved down to 10%.
* Test procedure for PSEmu pro plugins added.
* Keyboard shortcuts added:

* Ctrl + N - Add new emulator.
* Ctrl + D - Delete selected emulator.
* Ctrl + E - Edit selected emulator.
* Ctrl + R - Run selected emulator.
