PEC on XP

Can I still use the PEC on XP? Since I start using XP, my PEC is not working anymore...

it works for me. how is it not working?

make sure you use the PEC video plugin instead of your regular one.

Yeah, I've already heard it but I have no idea about that PEC video plugin... hows that? How would I apply it?

configure your video options in epsxe and change it there.

I'd already try that, but there's no [pec] video plugin or something like that in the selection... did I missed something..?
