Aight, I checked the specs needed for PJ 64, I am above and beyond.

    GeForce 4 MX 4000, (128 mb)
    AMD Athlon 1.8
    80 gigs of HD
    512 of RAM
    Sound Blaster Live!

Aight, I load it up, load up my 1080 game, and its REALLY REALLY LAGGED, At the bottom right it says 60 FPS (normal, i plays CS, NS, DOD, HALO smoothly)
But the game itself is choppy, especially sound wise, so i disabled sound through the options, and it's still laggy!

    Someone help!

(Same with like perfect dark and mortal kombat)

60 fps is the normal speed.Try different pluggins.Maybe you'll find one to run your games smoothly.Personally I don't have them, so I can't suggest one.
