Let's just say that will enjoy playing the games there alot more than on one of the current emulators. We hope that this will change soon though.

I wouldn't buy a PS2 at this time.It's old and the next generation consoles will probably be released next year ,so why would I want to spend my money on sth "ancient" that is still expensive.If I were you I'd either wait or upgrade my pc.If you survived without a PS2 so far you can handle the lack of it alittle further.

But that's just my opinion.Do as you please...

Well I suggest buying a PS2.I love its RPGs and consider it the best 128bit console.

The next generation will came a little later.
Now the battle moves on portable consoles : DS vs PSP while GBA is still here with games like Kingdom Hearts coming.
