jnes control problem

Ive been looking for a good emulater, a friend otld me that jnes was good, and it could have a controller hookup with it, I believe it is the 6.0 version, and the controller goes through a usb port if that is a problem, I didnt think it owuld be cause my jsnes works with the controller.
