Chankast problem.
Yes I know this forum is overwhelmed with them and all but I searched around a couple different forums and did a bit of searching on this site. Well I installed everything, mounted jet set radio to a disk, got the Bios/flash, and when I open it theres an error saying I dont have the d3d9.dll file? If any body can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
