PSX1.10 prob

Hi i downloaded psx 1.10 and the d3dx9_26.dll file which needed to work the emu and the first time i try it it play CSOTN at an incredible speed comparing to epsxe in which the game runs VERY SLOW with all plugins tried. After i played it once a little bit i just close the emu and when i wanted to play it again i only got a message of unexcpected handle and this is what the error is

If anyone has any idea about this absurd problem?

I found out how to fix it. Thanks for reading it anyway
