Help with vba and vbalink

I know it's kind of noob but I had problems with Pokemon Fire Red in terms of saved game.....

I played Pokemon Firered first at vba and I'm planning on playing at vbalink.

I followed Every possible steps I've read especially on changing the extension. I changed "Name.sgm" to "Name.sg1" but when I try to open it, the vbaling stopped working just showing the image of the previous savepoint with violet color. I tried importing .sav file from vba to vbalink but it was unsuccessfull. Please help me on this problem....

Im sorry for not searching the forums but your small guide didn't work...
There's a message stating, "Importing snapshot file will erase any saved game and reset the emulator"

I read some procedures here about 128k-Flash save settings but I think something is wrong....
