Yeh from me about MAME.... I feel n00bish..

Ok I gave in to teh MAME thing but I have no Idea what to do....

(never tried MAME)

I went to teh main page but there are soo many MAME emus to DL..
WHich one should I get??

Do I need a BIOs file??
If so what is teh name of this BIOs file so I can look for it?

Also do I DL MAME ROMs like teh others or is there some other way to get games?

(Not asking for MAME game sites just if I have to DL them, I will find them on my own if need be)

Too many BIOS'es in which you personally have to look for it through Google!

Yes, MAME games = ROMs. In other words, no ROM requests.

I just DL both of teh Official MAME emu's
Neither did anything at all...

MAME confuses me so...

For the BIOS question: if you search here for 'bios'. You will see all BIOSes and see which games need them. If you have downloaded for example kof98 you will need the neogeo BIOS. Many games don't need a BIOS, but in this way you can see which ones do
