Noob needs help!!!!!

ok first off i have an imac (no intel)
im running on a PCSX v1.5

im trying to run Final Fantasy VIII(rom)

ive got a SCPH1000 BIO
and i have no idea on how to run the game.
do i need to mount the disk some how?
because when i try running it i get a message that says

Could not load Cdrom

for the final fantasy contents i have

FF8 CD1.ccd

FF8 CD1.img
and
FF8 CD1.sub

if thats the case can someone tell me how to mount a disk for it.
or do i need to put it onto an actual disk?

choose the run ISO option instead of CD rom.

i tried what you asked. got the same thing.

so apparently the only way i can do this is if i mount the disk image right?
if someone can give me a walk-thru on that i would greatly appreciate it

use Apple's Disk Utility to mount images: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disk_Utility
