'Wrong Disc Inserted' Simpsons Hit & Run problem??

Hi, I've successfully installed all 3 discs (Bin files) and there is a desktop icon, but when I click on play it say 'Wrong disc inserted' I've made sure disc 1 is inserted, I've tried doing it on all virtual drives. I've tried using the safety options on and off and I've also tried hiding the disc using Sd4hide, but I can't do nothing. I really want to play it, I know there's an easy way, but...

EDIT - This has been sorted now, but the game runs slowly, I need a new graphics card it's obvious! :0
