VBA - leaf green code help

ok so i found a working shiny pokemon code from cheatingdome.com
the one from gamefaqs, which i usually use doesn't work with the VBA
i checked and the master codes are posted as being the same on both sites

my question to anyone is this:
is there any way to use the shiny pokemon in the wild combined with a pokemon encounter code, therefore predetermining which shiny pokemon i meet...?

Yeah. You can use any encounter code you want the thing is you
can only use it once per pokemon catch.

Like you cant put::

Pokemon modifier
Level modifier <-------
Shiney pokemon.........|======= Cant do that only use the code once.
level modifier <--------

But you can use as many diff encounter codes as you want.

wait what, that doesn't make sense to me
every time i try entering both at the same time, i just get the pokemon, but they aren't shiny. i dont need level modifier, thanks though
