Not that I know of. There is no commercial game under that name released AFAIK.

Sonic Xtreme was almost complete!!!
It never came out thought because SEGA decided to stop making titles for Saturn and concentrate on Dreamcast.
A former worker of SEGA Japan had a copy of a beta version of the game and sold it to a collector for a lot of dollars.

the guy that owns www.sonic-cult.net has a copy of the disk but he isn't gonna make ISOs for it
