That's right, the Dolphin Emulator for Gamecube can play the Zelda - Windwaker Introduction. It only plays at 1-2 FPS, so the video needed to be sped up.

dolphin could play the intro 2/3 weeks ago, only now someone could be arsed to wait for 20 minutes to record 20 seconds of footage.

Game cube emulators are still in development, You need a Dual Core of some sort, 2 GB Of RAM, and A fast video card. But this guarantees nothing because the emulators are not very compatible themselves.
