There are 34 icons as described on the status bar. Try to arrange it automatically and see.
Like Xiedo said, Portable Media Devices is missing. Try reinstalling Windows Media Player to restore it.
thanks eveyone I did have Windows media player 11 BETA 2 after i installed wmp 10 then is when i seen i was missing something
Well if you chose to remove something associated with something that Windows has installed, but for some reason is tagged as spyware, you've likely hosed your system. Spybot does give a warning box that you have to manually disable that warns you this may happen to any program on your system after a repair function.
