FR/LG totally English...where to find?

Sorry if I've posted too much questions in a seriously short amount of time, but I really need this fixed.
My very, very mucho macho friend downloaded the FR & LF roms that were tagged "Engish version"...but, the plot thickens...
We've started the FR, but it was half English-half Japanese and the pokemon names were shortened to 5 characters...

F*CK!!!

I understand that it's "illegal" to post links for roms download, but all I need is to know is if the "FULL English" versions of FR/LG exist...

that about raps it up...

Yes, they do exist. You can check f.e. GameFAQs to see if a game exists.
