cvs2 help

Ok. First of all I'm new here. I have cvs 2 rom i downloaded for chankast. I know how to boot it into daemon nd stuff. But when I do it goes all funny! First I have to set the time twice then when I press play it only works for about 0.5 seconds then restarts
I have capcom hack on as well. HELP! (or can someone at least give me a link 2 a workin cvs2 torrent)
