snes emulator that does file associations

i want an emulator like the nes Nestopia where in preference it says file association and has a couple extensions to choose...is there any like that for snes and sega? or any way i can do it without the option in the emulator...let me know thanks

You can manually associate them. Just double click it and it will ask you for the program to open with.

erm that doesnt work for me
i do that and the emulator doesnt show up so i browse and find it and press open and it doesnt do anything

Hmm... weird. I think it works on the DOS version only.
