Use a ISO ripping tool like ISO Buster or Power ISO and extract the raw data

That emulator is mainly for eboot.pbp which are mostly homebrew apps that people have created and game demo that official developers release.

The ISOs youve got can be played on a real PSP using and ISO loader such as UMD emulator or by using DEVHOOK. These unofficial programs (eboot.pbp's) can only be run on PSPs running firmware 1.00 or 1.5. For 2.00 - 2.6 (1.51 and 1.52 just update to 2.00) you will have to uses an eboot loader such as eLoader. eLoader requires an unpatched version of GTA LCS to run. Alternativly you can downgrade to 1.5 (And then down to 1.00 again, but there isnt much point :-)) Firmware 2.7, 2.71 and 2.8 cant run homebrew nor can they be downgraded. People are working on a new buffer overflow found a .TIFF so if you stuck with the latest firmwares, there could be hope. Before atempting to downgrade (If you choose too) check the version of your psp motherboard as the 2.5/2.6 downgrader can permantly damage a TA-082 motherboard making you psp useless (a brick)
