Xbox emulators arent capable of fully playing commercial games yet.
but i heard CXBX can run Turok Evoulution with mild glitches at full speed

Yes, it can (on the right graphics card). Not that much of an achievement, since it only works on hardware almost identical as to what's in the XBox.
