Default ePSXe 1.52 - Final Fantasy IX - Bad 2D-textures

    Hello!

Running FFIX, and it's completely smooth without any glitches or problems. Except for a weird, pixellated "frame" around all 2D-textures.

Took the following ScreenShots for visual explanation:

You see how the edges of the textures are too crappy to ignore? Any idea what might be causing it, as well as possible solutions? I have a high-end PC, and my Video Settings for ePSXe are as follows:

I had the same problem with FF VII. It wasnt as bad though... Wow! I just played around with other Video plugins for the ePSXe.

    You might wanna try...

    Petes OpenGL Driver 1.76

Thats the Video Plugin that works for me!

No cheats have been turned on. And running Petes OpenGL Driver 1.76 won't even work for me. I'll keep trying though.

EDIT: Okay, I seem to have found the culprit in "Hi-Res textures: 1". The 2xSal option seems to be causing most of it. It's too bad, because all the words spoken and written look very nice and smooth with it turned on. Oh well... Thanks anyway.
