Any way to use a mouse w/ an NES emulator?

I am wondering if there was any NES emulator where you can use a mouse?

I love the game Shadowgate, but I hate having to move the cursor around without a mouse.

YA, I'm sure there are. I know snes emulators have mouse support. I think jnes and nesten do for the nes. And maybe rockness 9x.

I think that depends on the emulator you're using. All of them has some different features, but I dunno which one has mouse support.
