when i downloaded the psxe emulator, one of the notes about it is that it is the best free emulatore around. Does this mean that there is a better one that i can buy?

NEVER buy emulators... why would want to do that? They all do the same in the end, play games on your computer.
Emulator that can be bought?Originally Posted by ryanwquick
For general information, there is two emulators that was available (but was 'dead' due to several issues) which is Bleem! and Connectix Virtual Game Station.
Even though these two emulators can be used to play several PS games without the need of plugins/BIOS and so on, both were very old and never been updated. Furthermore, both can't be used in Windows XP and Pentium 4 AFAIK.![]()
Also Connectix Virtual Game Station, does not look very nice, the res is to low. Bleem was the first to really do a lot. Both dont stand a chance against epsxe or psxe. If epsxe wont get it, then try psxe. If both fail then your next bet is to ask to good people on the emulator-zone forums. Changes are its not emulated.
