Help me! I don't know what to do

I have downloaded surreal64 xxx onto the xbox by way of FTP (My xbox has evoX) I created the emulator folder and it shows up on the xbox and so does surreal 64 but when i get into it it says "no roms found, please configure surreal.ini" I am so lost please help me. I have Aim and MSN and if you have an sn just tell me so I can get on one of those, otherwise just help me Please Help me.
