Default Please help with VBA sound problem

I have a Visual boy advance collectors edition and the sound will go static for a second or two. Can someone please tell me how to get perfect sound.
Why does "slow down" and "slow up" mean the same thing?

Does this happen on the normal VBA (1.7.2 or 1.8 Beta)?

    1) Are you trying to play any other music in the background? (Windows Media Player, iTunes etc.) They can sometimes cause problems.

    2) Try updating your sound card drivers and see if it helps.

no im just running the emulator. I dont think its my sound Zsnes sound perfect. Its just that darn VBA CE emulator that makes the sound go static. Do you recomend any other GBA emulators.
