(killer Instinct) .bin to .img trouble

Ok, I have done every step towards converting the chd files to .raw files. I renamed both to ki1.bin and ki2.bin. But whenever I input them in the command prompt thing. I get a message that says 'cannot open ki1.bin'. I have both of them in the same place were the nekkid.com and chdman files are. Which is the Owner folder. I open "run" type "cmd" and then input 'nekkid ki1.bin'. But it doesn't extract them or convert them to .img files. What am I doing wrong?

Another thing is I have already played this on a MAME emulator but it runs slow. I heard Ultra64 is the best to play with so I'm trying to give that a try. Until I get those .img files
