how come there isn't a good genesis emulator for pocket pcs?

there seem to be 3 options for genesis emulation on the pocket pc/windows mobile

morphgear ($20)

am i missing anything? slim pickings, none of the free ones work very well or support sound, i don't understand why.

The reason is that the normal Windows PC is far more popular than the Pocket PC. Also, the Windows PC has far more power than the Pocket PC.
BTW, $20 is not that much for playing a couple of thousand games

while paying for an emulator is still rediculous IMHO I would still pay if there was a good one.
