epsxe problems

I download the GPU plugins and put them in the plugin folder for epsxe but when I start up the program it says nothing is there.(excuse me if this is simple but I'am a n00b at this)

check if the plugin dlls are in the plugins directory in the epsxe directory. if the dlls are in subdirectories, epsxe won't find them.

oh yeah and you can't forget to extract the dlls
