PSP & PS2 Emulator(s) - Question

Hello, folks
I am new here so I can't manage here so fast...so I am sorry if I opened theme in wrong place...

I just want to know is there some emulator (dynamic elmulator) for PSP or PS2?
I saw here some emulator and I downloaded them but I don't know how to start them?Can somebody explain me what I sholud to do to srat this emulators?

There is no PSP emulator and the PS2 emulation is still in a too early stage to be playable.
