open elf file

i found open elf file in pcsx2 emulator but i didn't know how to open those files i just use open cd but it doesn't work i have tested a lot of ps2 games but nothing work some of those games they say in pcsx2 compatibilty works but slow but it doesn't go with me nothing at all do i need a certain configuration.help me please

No point in making ELF files of your games, Elf is just a demo format thats what i've read anyway

But if you want to try anyway, use an ISO creator like magic ISO or ISOproducer and Make the game an ISO format then rename the ISO file to what ever u want but add .ELF at the end.
