FFIX sound problem

Im running epsxe 1.5.2? and using eternal spu 1.41 but during every cut scene the music sounds like its playing twice at the same time making it sound weird

i tried different plugins, the cut scenes music sounds fine on Pete's DSound SPU 1.15 but then the battle music becomes messed up

is there a way to fix it?

tell me about your pc how fast is it and so on

sounds to me like it could be that your pc is not fast enough
